Meet AQUA! in Amiens on the 12th of December for a research-action workshop

After Orléans in 2023 and Bordeaux in 2024, AQUA! has chosen Amiens on Friday 12 December to hold its general meeting. This will be an opportunity to discover the water heritage of this little Venice of Picardy, combining the water gardens of the hortillonnages with the canalisation of the River Somme. Floods or droughts, market gardening, drinking water, water sports… the challenges of riverside inhabitants in Amiens are a daily reality.

What happens when the views of experts and academics are confronted with the opinions of citizens and riverside communities? This is the exercise we invite you to take part in through pitches, debates and presentations in a user-friendly and interactive format.
